Inovatica AGV took part in the 13th General Assembly of the LODZistics Employers’ Association. The meeting was held on March 10, 2026 at the Auditorium Hall of Lodz University of Technology and brought together more than 70 representatives of companies and institutions connected with the cluster.
For us, this was an important event not only from the perspective of being a LODZistics member, but also in the broader context of cooperation between business, logistics, technology and academia. It is exactly this kind of environment that creates space for practical discussions about operational challenges and the role automation can play in modern intralogistics.
Reviewing the cluster’s work and plans
The General Assembly was an opportunity to summarize LODZistics activity in 2025 and present the action plan and budget for 2026. The past months marked a period of intensive development for the cluster, also reflected in the admission of 38 new members.
For companies operating in logistics, intralogistics and automation, this is an important signal. A growing cluster strengthens the potential for cooperation, knowledge sharing and joint initiatives that can support more mature technology deployments across the region.
Why cooperation between academia and business matters
The event was opened by Professor Adam Wojciechowski, Vice-Rector for Development at Lodz University of Technology, who emphasized the importance of collaboration between academia and business. This point shows clearly why initiatives such as LODZistics matter for technology companies developing solutions for manufacturing and logistics.
From the perspective of Inovatica AGV, meetings like this are valuable because they help us better understand the direction of change in the TSL sector and build relationships in an environment increasingly focused on efficiency, safety and process digitalization.
A shared space for development-focused dialogue
During the session, participants approved the cluster’s activity report, the action plan for the coming year and the organization budget. Just as important was the opportunity to discuss the further development of LODZistics as a cooperation platform for companies, institutions and partners supporting the TSL sector in Central Poland.
For Inovatica AGV, taking part in this event was a natural extension of our presence in an ecosystem that connects operational practice with modern logistics technology. Meetings like this help ground AGV and AMR solutions in real market needs.
What came next
After the formal part of the Assembly, participants joined the gala summarizing the fourth edition of the “My Vision of Logistics” competition, which added a ceremonial dimension to the event. For us, this was another sign that LODZistics continues to build an active community focused on logistics development, education and collaboration between companies.
