Which inputs help us assess an AGV / AMR project faster
You do not need a finished rollout specification to start the conversation. The most helpful input is a simple process outline: where the material moves, how many trips are required, how the shift model works and where delays or manual interventions happen today.
If you can also share the load carrier type, put-away logic and whether WMS, MES or ERP integration is expected, we can point to a sensible first rollout scope, test logic and the areas worth validating in the ROI analysis much faster.
Include pick-up and drop-off points, transport volume per shift or per day, and the process bottlenecks that hurt flow predictability the most.
It helps to mention pallets, cages, lift heights, doors, lifts and any route constraints or shared areas with manual traffic.
Let us know whether the project should connect with WMS, MES or ERP and whether there are special safety, traceability or compliance requirements.
