Inovatica AGV services

From process analysis to service and long-term AGV / AMR system growth

We support manufacturing and logistics companies in automating internal transport with AGV / AMR autonomous vehicles. Our services cover the full deployment path: from process analysis and technology selection to system go-live, service and post-launch development.

Our goal is not to deliver a robot alone, but to provide a stable autonomous transport system that genuinely supports plant operations and stays ready for future process changes.

Process analysis

We assess material flow, site layout, safety requirements and ROI potential before selecting the solution.

Selection and deployment

We configure robots, maps, routes, integrations and process tests all the way to a safe go-live.

Post-launch service

We support users, diagnose issues and help keep the fleet stable after production start.

System development

We optimize transport logic and expand the system as the plant and the process evolve.

Service scope

We fit the solution to the process, not the process to a catalogue

Process analysis and technical consulting

At the beginning of the project we analyze the current logistics flow, site layout, material movement, safety requirements and the expected return on investment. On that basis we select the right AGV / AMR type, integration model and automation scope.

As part of consulting, we help define among other things:

the required number of robots
the achievable system throughput
infrastructure requirements
pick-up and drop-off points
integration scope with PLC, WMS, ERP or production systems
safety requirements aligned with AGV / AMR standards
AGV / AMR system deployment

We deliver complete implementations of autonomous transport vehicles in manufacturing and warehouse environments. This includes robot configuration, site mapping, route preparation, integration with external devices and process testing.

After implementation we run FAT / SAT tests, operator training and formal handover of the system to operation.

Depending on the project, we integrate the system with:

PLC controllersautomatic gatesconveyorsproduction workstationsfleet management systemswarehouse and production systems
Post-deployment services

Once the system goes live, the next stage is stabilization and further performance growth

An AGV / AMR deployment is only the beginning. That is why we provide technical and service support after the system starts operating in the plant, helping maintain availability and extend the solution together with the process.

Service and technical support

We help with diagnostics, log analysis, error recovery and restoring correct system operation through both remote support and on-site service visits.

Periodic inspections

We regularly verify the robot condition, safety sensors, battery and charging system, localization quality and integration performance.

System optimization

After go-live we help reduce waiting times, improve transport logic and adapt the system to changes in the process.

Expansion and modifications

We support adding more robots, new routes, extra work areas, new stations and further integrations as the plant grows.

Training for local teams

We train operators and maintenance teams in robot use, basic diagnostics, safety rules and response procedures for common operational events.

Ongoing system care

A support model aligned with the operating rhythm of the plant

For customers who expect ongoing support, we offer service models aligned with the intensity of the operation. This keeps the AGV / AMR system under supervision and helps diagnose and resolve issues faster when they appear.

continuous system supervision matched to the plant operating intensity
faster diagnostics and shorter recovery time when issues appear
partnership-based cooperation and transparent communication
shared responsibility for system performance in the real production environment
Why Inovatica AGV

One partner across the whole lifecycle of the system

We combine robotics, automation and integrations

In AGV / AMR projects we combine experience in mobile robotics, industrial automation and supervisory systems, which lets us approach deployments as full operating systems rather than isolated devices.

We think in terms of systems, not single robots

Our goal is not to deliver a robot on its own, but to build a stable autonomous transport system that supports the daily operation of the plant.

We design with future expansion in mind

We make sure the solution stays safe, serviceable and ready for additional robots, work areas and integrations as your operation develops.

Next step

Do you want to plan a deployment or improve an AGV / AMR system that is already running?

We can walk through the project scope, service needs and the next stages of system development in your plant.
