Job Vacancy: Business Development Manager

We are a leading provider of various types of autonomous forklifts and smaller mobile robots. Our company offers innovative software for navigation, localization, and management of autonomous vehicles within indoor environments.

Business Development Manager

Location: Poland, company headquarters in Łódź

Responsibilities:

  • Actively acquiring new clients for autonomous transportation systems in warehouse and production halls
  • Providing technical advice, analyzing customer needs, and supporting in finding the best solutions for internal transport automation
  • Coordinating order fulfillment and maintaining up-to-date documentation related to cooperation (including CRM)
  • Responsible for maintaining positive and long-term customer relationships
  • Preparing and presenting commercial offers, negotiating contract terms
  • Collaborating with a team of engineers and technical experts to tailor solutions to customer requirements
  • Cooperation with other departments of the company in order fulfillment
  • Upholding a positive company image

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum of two years of experience in B2B sales (preferably selling machinery/robots)
  • Knowledge of the logistics/internal transport industry
  • Ability to analyze business needs and develop solutions based on best practices
  • Minimum secondary education
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Analytical skills and ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Proactive approach to work and ability to work independently
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Communicative English language skills (B2) both written and spoken

Preferred:

  • Higher technical education
  • Interest in Industry 4.0 topics
